As of March 2025, I was unable to find a community fridge in Walla Walla.

The closest community food space confirmed in March 2025 is located in nearby Milton-Freewater, at the **Valley Christian Center** (800 N Main St, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862). There is a [[https://maps.app.goo.gl/QqRZuK4wxR4do6oy5|small cupboard]] behind the Center in the parking lot where you can leave food for others.

I received a few suggestions from neighbors in a local social network thread:

  * **YWCA Women’s Shelter**: Laura suggested the YWCA or a nearby homeless camp might accept donations, but I couldn’t find a drop-off spot at the YWCA.
  * **Andy’s Market in College Place**: Elizabeth mentioned a donation cart just inside the door at Andy’s Market.
  * **Unspecified Building Near Rose and Isaacs**: Jessica described a location that looks like a chicken coop where people leave clothes and food. I didn’t find it at the intersection.
  * **Little Libraries for Food and Toiletries**: Jennifer noted a free little library near the YMCA that accepts food and toiletries, but I couldn’t find it after checking.
  * **Sonbridge Center on Dallas Military Road**: Carol suggested leaving items in the small open alcove at the front entrance of Sonbridge Center, though she wasn’t sure about their current donation arrangements.
