+If you lost your old installation file or download link, you can get a free replacement download link from HR Block's Twitter/X support account [[https://x.com/HRBlockAnswers|@HRBlockAnswers]], as long as you have the email and billing address info from your purchase of HR Block software.
+For 2021 I needed to request both a federal download link and another download link for the state in which I filed, before I was able to open my old return file.
