One way to contact HR Block support without calling them is by messaging their Twitter/X support account @HRBlockAnswers.

HR Block only lists phone numbers on their website for contacting customer support:

If you lost your old installation file or download link, you can get a free replacement download link from HR Block's Twitter/X support account @HRBlockAnswers, as long as you have the email and billing address info from your purchase of HR Block software.
